No Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. By completing a purchase on Principal's OS, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued under any circumstances.

1. Overview and Acceptance

This No Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Principal's OS, owned and operated by Dr. Peggy Bush, Ed.D., including the Principal & Assistant Principal Toolkit Vault and the School Leadership Membership. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy in full.

2. Nature of Digital Products

All products and services sold by Principal's OS are digital in nature and are made available for immediate access upon purchase, including downloadable templates, guides, checklists, planning tools, monthly leadership resource guides, school improvement frameworks, coaching prompts, compliance updates, and live and recorded Q&A sessions. Because these are consumable digital products delivered immediately upon purchase, they cannot be returned, undownloaded, or made unavailable once access has been granted.

3. No Refund Policy — All Sales Final

Principal's OS does not offer refunds, partial refunds, credits, or exchanges for any of the following:

  • One-time product purchases (e.g., Principal & Assistant Principal Toolkit Vault)

  • Monthly membership subscription charges

  • Any subscription billing cycle that has already processed

  • Purchases where you changed your mind after completing the transaction

  • Purchases where you did not use or access the resources

  • Purchases where the content did not meet your personal expectations

  • Duplicate purchases made in error by the customer

  • Purchases made during a promotional or discounted period

4. Subscription Membership Terms

The School Leadership Membership is billed on a monthly recurring basis at $47.00 per month. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to all membership resources through the end of your paid billing period. Cancelling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period or any previously processed billing cycles.

To cancel, log in to your account settings or contact us at drpeggybush@gmail.com before your next billing date.

5. Technical Issues and Access Problems

If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchased content, contact us at drpeggybush@gmail.com. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue promptly. Technical issues do not automatically entitle a customer to a refund. In the rare event a technical issue cannot be resolved, we will evaluate the situation at our sole discretion.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

By purchasing from Principal's OS, you agree to contact us directly at drpeggybush@gmail.com before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Filing a chargeback after digital content access has been granted may result in immediate termination of your account access, and we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with supporting documentation and pursue all available legal remedies.

7. Unauthorized or Fraudulent Transactions

If you believe a purchase was made without your authorization, contact your bank or credit card provider immediately and then notify us at drpeggybush@gmail.com. Unauthorized transaction claims must be made within 30 days of the transaction date.

8. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use

All content sold through Principal's OS is the intellectual property of Dr. Peggy Bush, Ed.D. Purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your own personal and professional use. You may not resell, redistribute, or share purchased content with non-purchasing individuals, use content to create competing products, or claim authorship of any Principal's OS materials.

10. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from a purchase made through Principal's OS shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the state in which Dr. Peggy Bush, Ed.D. is domiciled.
