Please read these Terms of Service carefully before purchasing or using any products or services offered by Principal's OS. By accessing our website, making a purchase, or using any of our resources, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Customer," or "Member") and Dr. Peggy Bush, Ed.D., operating as Principal's OS ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Principal's OS website, products, and services at https://principal-s-os.crevio.app. By completing a purchase, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms and our No Refund Policy, incorporated herein by reference.

2. About Principal's OS

Principal's OS is a digital product and membership platform created by Dr. Peggy Bush, Ed.D., providing practitioner-built tools, templates, guides, and resources for K-12 principals, assistant principals, and school leaders. Products include the Principal & Assistant Principal Toolkit Vault (one-time purchase) and the School Leadership Membership (monthly subscription).

3. User Accounts

To access purchased content you may need to create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.

4. Products and Services

All products are digital and delivered immediately upon purchase. All sales are final — see our No Refund Policy before purchasing. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product at any time. If you believe a product was materially misrepresented, contact drpeggybush@gmail.com.

5. Subscription Membership

The School Leadership Membership is billed at $47.00/month on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method monthly until you cancel. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. You may cancel anytime through account settings or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period with no refund for the current cycle.

6. Payment Terms

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize applicable charges. We are not responsible for fees charged by your bank.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available through Principal's OS is the exclusive property of Dr. Peggy Bush, Ed.D. Purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your personal and professional use as a school leader. You may not sell, redistribute, share with non-purchasers, use to create competing products, or claim authorship of any Principal's OS content.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use our platform for unlawful purposes; attempt unauthorized access to our systems; use automated tools to scrape content; impersonate Dr. Bush or Principal's OS; upload malicious code; or engage in conduct that defames or harms our reputation.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Content is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, HR, or other professional advice. We make no guarantees regarding outcomes. Products are provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dr. Peggy Bush, Ed.D. and Principal's OS from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our products or violation of these Terms.

11. Privacy

Your use of our platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or fraudulent activity. Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.

14. Dispute Resolution

Contact us at drpeggybush@gmail.com to attempt informal resolution first. Unresolved disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration per American Arbitration Association rules. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against Principal's OS.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Dr. Peggy Bush, Ed.D. is domiciled.
